Studio and looks
Pick a pattern, tune it, and keep your favorites as Saved Looks.
Studio is the companion window where you choose and preview what the screen saver draws. The sidebar has four pages: Studio, Displays, Agents and Status.
Patterns
Each pattern is a Metal-rendered field of animated characters. The picker lists them under All Savers, with Camera first. See Camera mode for that one.

Controls
The Studio inspector has native controls for the look of the current pattern: speed, scale, contrast and a quality level where it applies. Palettes are Ember, Phosphor, Ivory, Blueprint and Signal, plus Camera Color for camera looks.
Pixel Materials
Pixel Materials runs sand and water simulations. Scene state is deterministic: the same seed gives the same world, and New draws a new seed.
- Material: sand, water or mixed.
- Terrain: watershed, terraces or caverns.
- Palette: canyon, tidal or monochrome.
- Watershed: basin count and the shape of the basins.
- Emitters: count, position, width and rate.
- Flow: cell scale, gravity, lateral flow, equalization, water pressure, spill rate, drain rate, evaporation rate, obstacle density and persistence.
Pixel Materials uses the same display boundary as every other pattern, so terrain and world edges stay stable across view recreation and display changes. Edge behavior for several screens is set on the Displays page.
